She knew our plan and did everything she could to support us with all we wanted, but also knew when things had to change and talked through each step with us to ensure we understood and were comfortable with the decisions we needed to make. We had an unmedicated home birth that was very long and intense, but I felt completely cared for and supported the whole time.
