As a parent, you instinctively know what’s best for your family. However, it’s not always easy to communicate your needs to care providers, family members, or even yourself. That’s why you’re here—because you understand the significance of this journey and want the best for your family. Having a consistent, knowledgeable support person with expertise in pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum can make all the difference.

Birth Doula
A Birth Doula is a consistent, unwavering support attuned to your unique needs. A Doula provides physical comfort, emotional support, and evidence based knowledge. They are an expert in pregnancy, labor and birth.
Postpartum Doula
A Postpartum Doula is an excellent resource for all things “brand new baby.” They are a qualified care taker for a new addition to the family and all that means for new parents.
Reiki
Reiki is a specialized, hands-on technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Available to all clients if requested.
